Default Mounting bottle in trunk??

After not wanting to get rid of my spare tire I am installing my bottle in the trunk. Which way should I place the bottle? Gage on drive side is what I was thinking. How does everyone run your line thru the floor? Do you have to remove the t-top holders, I would think so? Since my line needs to end up on the pass. side what route do you run the line?
This is my first nitrous install.

Thanks,
Bill

why not just put the bottle right behind the rear seat, that way you can still use your T-top holders.

I bought a bottle opener and wanted the tank out of sight.

i did that a year or two ago and while its really nice for just being able to turn it on on the fly, the pressure will spike so high if you leave it in the car eve nfor 30 minutes. i just had to make a stop at wor kto get my check one day before thtrack and i came out and the pressure was at 1500psi. the trunk will be out of sunlight and alot cooler. problem is an electric gauge and remote opener will run 400 bucks

How did you mount the bottle and run the line?

i have mine in the same spot.my directions from dynotune says to put the label on the bottle at a 45 degree angle towards the front of the car so the siphon tube is facing at the rear bottem of the bottle.

You can do it like my setup. I mounted mine where the cd changer would go. I made a custom mount for it and it fits perfectly. I used to have my sub where my t-tops would go but since my amp blew out I've removed it. I havent tried to fit the t-tops in there since but hopefully it'll still fit w/ the bottle mounted. heres some pics. I know its not the greatest but hopefully it'll give you enough of an idea of how I mounted mine.

here's an older pic. It shows the bottle location better but the mount was my first revision. The mount that I linked up above is much stronger/sturdier and keeps the same mounting position.
