Default solenoid placement for a dry hit

Well guys my interests are changing, and I have decided that I want to revamp my nitrous setup. Right now I am running a dynotune dry kit and love it. my original setup was very stealth, and now i feel like i want to do something more practical, with a shorter feed line, to get a harder hit. im really wanting this to look professional too. the problem im running into is finding fittings that i need. so with that being said i want you guys DETAILED ideas about how to do this. my main feed line is 4AN, and both the inlet and outlets on my dynotune noids (purge and nitrous....exact same solenoid) are 1/4 NPT. please help! post pics if you have them. whatever! im not completely against buying brackets but i think i can make them, and i would like this to look as top notch as possible. i would really like to see something symmetrical, like 1 solenoid on each side of the TB or something like that. hopefully someone will be able to invision something i cant. pictures or diagrams in paint are cool too!

oh and also the solenoids are side in/side out. i think thats where im running into problems. does anyone know of a way to get a 4ANx 2 1/4" NPT fitting? that would make this a lot easier. TTT

Check my two vettes in the fquick link in my sig. Various forms and styles of dry kits that i have done. Watch my web for future fittings, as I have an entire line up coming and bargain prices with quality to boot.

Robert, if you were to run a dual purge off of one solenoid that was placed in the engine bay, how would you go about that? i have a tee fitting that came with my dynotune kit to make it a dual purge but it is brass and kinda throws off the look. do i have any options other than hardline?

There is a pretty easy way, however, I am headed out to a vette swap meet. We will dig up the pic when I get back and describe what was done. Remind me later if needed, lol.

Yep, I forgot, lol. Dyno tune has the dual "Bull Nostrils", that what I used. Here's a pic. Shoots a nice dual stream over windshield. I drilled out the holes and did a light chamfer for a bigger purge, after this pic was taken. As long as the noid has the capacity, or orifice size, you can go big. Also, used plastic tube in black to make it disappear, plastic is fine cause it's open ended, meaning no pressure build. hope this helps
