Someone please tell me how to tap into the ls1/6 fuel rail for fuel delivery to the zex mgmt. unit. also, which wire on the TPS do i have to splice? Thank you in advance.

on the very front of the driver side fuel rail there is a black cap like a tire valve stem cap. remove that cap you will see the shrader valve (again like a tire valve stem. remove that shrader valve with either the right tool or needle nose plires, and attach your line.

pretty sure it was the blue wire on my 03. im guessing its the same.

I would be sure to soulder it, dont use one of those shitty connectors they screw up all the time

0 to 5 Volts based on pedal position, probably see 4.7 + or - at WOT or so...

Beer99c5. One more quick qs. how did you run the nitrous line from inside the trunk to the engine bay? Is there a hole in the trunk or did you have to drill it somewhere?

I drilled a hole in the tub area on the passenger side in the trunk and ran it inside the rocker (side skirt) and then it comes up behind the battery.

I ran the mainline inside, down the passenger side, under the door sill, into the passenger footwell, through the gromment under the Battery.

Another route, in addition to Bullitts) would be drilling a hole in the trunk and tie wrapping it above the torque tube cover plate (using the brake/fuel lines to tie wrap em to).
