Default 100 shot to 125 shot.. Major difference.

So I run a Dry nitrous set up..
Once in a while I will put the lower pills in to go and play around so I dont have to run the race gas on my 150 pill.. ( I do that to be safe.. I am tuned, but keeping it safe)

So I had the 100 shot in it a couple of weeks ago... When I was hitting that, it did not seem to feel that good.. I was getting concerned...
I had not hit the 100 since I first got the kit. 4 months.

But the other day I put my 125 pill in it. (.055) from the 100 (.049)

WOW.. what a ******* big difference...
I did not think it would be that big of a difference between the pills..

On the 100, my **** dont move that much... well from what I expect from it..

On the 125, the **** picks up and moves like crazy.. spinning tires and all at 60mph....

So why am I seeing that big of a difference between the pills..
or is that normal???

bottle pressure was about 1000PSI for both...

if anyone seen the same, let me know that its not just me.

mine is also a dynotune kit, but I am running dry...

I have it set up for 150 and 200 shot.. The tune that is...
I have not hit the 200 since I want to do the fuel system and injectors 1st, but I am glad to see someone else that see's it..

I was unsure as if it was me thinking that there is a big difference.
From my 75 - 100 shot.. I dont see or feel much difference... But I think they both kind of feel cruddy once you have been spraying 125 and 150... to drop back down makes no sense at all....

I am pretty much throwing those pills away....
well I might keep the 100 for my 2nd stage to hit in 1st gear...

A little nitrous adds a lot of torque. Might be only adding 25hp but it might be making 50-75ft-lbs more torque at the bottom of the powerband. That's where you notice it most.

I have actually been thinking about going from a 100 shot to a 125. But i didn't know if it was really that different. After reading this thread i think i'm leaning towards running the 125 shot. I have some big runs set up when i get a new clutch put it so i'll need all the power i can safely get

So you have a tune for the 150 shot? If that is the case your probably pretty rich with the 100 shot. 125 is getting closer to your tune. and if the 150 was tuned for race gas then I would say on pump gas your probably perfect for the 125. Do you have a wideband in the car?

I am tuned for the 200 shot on race.
150 I can hit it on 93, but tend to like the race gas when sparying over the 125

I'm really thinking about ordering the 125 jets. I have a few runs planned in the next month and i know that the extra 25hp and 50tq would seal the deal
