I have been researching for months and I keep making up my mind only to change it right after time and time again. I want to run a 150 shot and I want to keep the price in reason and go with something that will be safe, the car will be off the N20 95% of the time. I have 30lb. Injectors, will have a fuel pump if needed, tr6 plugs, along with many safety things such as window switch, fuel filter etc. etc. I like how it is easier to tune with the wet kit and I like how with the dry kit I can get the HSW Interface Controller which will give me full control of my A/F ratio and automatically pull timing. That way when I am off the bottle I have more power because I will have my full timing. Basically a dry kit really appeals to me but I see many people swinging towards the wet so it gets me wondering. I like the plate setups for wet but cannot quite afford that so it will be between a wet or dry nozzle kit. I assume whether wet or dry they will perform the same? I have heard that dry hits harder is that true?
I have the Nitrous Outlet Plate Kit. I havent had a chance to use it yet but iam almost done with the install. I chose to go with a Wet kit. Its all personal preference. If you can try and make it work. Go with the plate kit. Easy to install and very nice looking. As for the timing i just run an MSD digital 6 to pull timing only when iam spraying.

I like wet systems for the LTx platform. Most dry kits for the LTx supply the fuel enrichment via increasing the fuel pressure to "trick" the PCM into adding the extra fuel. I realize the HSW interface works in a different manner, but as I don't have any experience with that controller I can't comment one way or another. I ran a single nozzle wet kit on my 94 for a couple years then upgraded to the NX MAF kit and ran that for another 3-4 years. A properly installed/used system will work fine and give you the power you are looking for.

I did a lot of research, and I sold my dry setup before I even installed it. Still don't have my wet kit installed but after all the reading I did, I decided dry probably wasn't a good idea for the old LT1. If I had a LS1 setup, yes then I would have had a hard time deciding, but considering how dry hits work on a LT1, dry doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
