I have 2.73's on my 2002 A4 Z28. I have a 75 shot on it. Up in the clouds here in Colorado I would run a 14.3's stock but after the 75 shot I would run 13.6's. On a hot day with the windows up my bottle must of got a little hot since I ran a 12.8 with the 75 shot jets. Bottle must of been around 1400 PSI or more Did not have a gauge on it yet. Lucky I did not blow my safety cap on my bottle or even yet my motor.

no ****. that is pretty good with a 75 shot. i usually run 14 flats on a regular day, so maybe a hundred show should get me down to low 12's with my bolt ons.

Don't hold your breath to get low 12's with the bolt ons if it was only running 14 flat stock where you are at. Maybe 12.80's or so, but that would be perfect. The reason the other guy gained so much on the 75 shot is because his bottle pressure like he said was probably through the roof, and if he was on a wet hit, he is really lucky he didn't lean his motor out and go boom! Get a guage on that bottle and keep an eye on the pressure.

I have a 2001 Z28 A4 with SLP lid, Flowmaster muffler and a Hypertech tunner. With DR's I went 12.72 @ 107mph with a 1.899 60'.
I added a wet 100 shot and went 11.69 @ 119 mph with a 1.899 60'
I now upped it to 125 hopping to get a 11.50 run. I was not spraying in the 60' in fear of braking something.

I'm also in HOUSTON, TX and these time were in 60* weather O% hum.

I think with bolt ons and a 100 shot you will run 12.6ish around 115

Not sure about the nitrous, but with pretty much the same bolt-ons (lid, headers, cutout) on my 2.73-geared A4 my best run is 12.72 @ 108 on a 1.93 60 ft. Hope this helps.

thanks for all the input guys. i just got one question. what TOMMYV8 posted, he has same bolts as i do and on a lucky day i hit 13.7. how can he hit 12.72 @108. is it because he has drags. thats just about the only difference between me and him.

Drags (can't run low times if you can't hook), weather, altitude, low 60 ft, track conditions, driver skill, etc, etc. all that comes into play on your times. Good luck.

BTW - TUNE ,TUNE, TUNE and get some MT/ET's and a good 3200-3600 stall (yank is good) if your runnin an A4 and you will see good improvements to enhance those bolt ons you have.
