Wire Selection Chart
When we make things idiot proof here on the rig, I usually remind the guys that "they" will just build a better idiot and mess up our new found process or information...
Here I am the better idiot...need some more info.
To effectivily use this chart the avg guy (like me) also needs to know how many amps each component draws: ie Heater +/-, relays for the Noids, switched side to the relays, Heater relay, opener +/-, purge w/o relay etc...

I was just going to ask the same stuff Jim. I would like to know what the Nitro Dave's noids use as a draw? I am sure for the other stuff like heater and opener you can get a decent base off of what fuse you are running in the wiring. Most Dynotune stuff I beleive likes a 25 amp fuse.
I just figured anything sending power or receiving power from the 12v should be at least 10ga anything sending a signal. at least 14ga. nothing burnt up yet lol. Good Info anyways right click save
Most noids are between 25-30amps, heater 20+, switched of relay usually around 150mA (less than 1/5th of an amp), mechanical opener abour 2-3 amps. These are not the hard exact numbers for every component but will get you pretty close, purge is less that 5 if I remember correct.
