wet and dry together????

new to the nitrous game...ive had a wet kit for about 8 months now but ive resisted putting it on because i want to make 11's on motor before putting the dope to it. well a LS6 intake and my traction bars should put me in 11's so im looking deeper into my nitrous setup now...heres what i have so far and what im thinking about doing. tell me if its stupid or sounds good.
i have a nitrous express kit with the shark nozzle. nitrous express bottle jacket, nitrous express bottle heater with the automatic on/off switch that keeps the bottle between 950-1200 psi...also have a nos purge and i think thats about it.
i was thinking about getting a cold fusion dry kit to run outa the hole. im hoping to hook a 75-100 shot out of the hole.
then as soon as i can hook it i want to spray the wet kit. ill spray whatever it takes for the dry and wet kit to add to 200. will this work, or is there a better way to do it? sorry if this idea sounds stupid haha. [/nitrous noobie]

i have seen this done b4, some use it untill they are pretty much at the max of their fuel injectors limit with the dry then they go with the wet kit, aslong as you have a good fuel pump you should be ok i am still considering this option as well

I agree, and works with fine tuning the wet hits a/f and timing pull, also. They have a dry plate kit now too, the nozzle tech down the throat, wet or dry, well imo, is dated technology and there are better ways for the money out there. But if ya already have the kit, you could add a wet plate or a dry plate to existing kit. My choice for many reasons would be to just change over to a dry hit. So what a set of injectors for going big, it's like we are trying to save money on ultimate safety, not good. Anyway you choose, there are so many options out there today for the n2o crowd. Hell i am doing a street Direct Port Dry, try that one a year ago, but the tools and technology are in place today. Good luck and by the way, Cold Fusion is not a site supporter, and our vendors will do much better in taking care of you, and that I can gaurantee, been there done that, lol.

BTW, we are all looking forward to results from the DP dry app. you are developing? You any info on your website concerning this?
Funny.
Still do some fine tuning but am well on the way with the DP Dry. there are some updated pics around somewhere. Nothing really new on my site just have'nt had time to add anything, though am keeping track of each step with pics and hard data. I just added a Wilson 1Ľ" carb spacer/blow off plate to get some plenum volume as i am looking for peak numbers up in the rpm range and won't be seeing much south of 5000rpm performance wise. Soon to be done I hope.TXsiverado, glad you made a choice, and going plate kit is really the best option these days. Remember to get your stuff from one of our site vendors as this is what supports this great information forum. They will also be able to help you all the way through your process if you require any additional help. Keep us updated on your progress, as this is what many guys come to this site for: to see what guys are running and doing in the n2o world.
