Stock block?

Reason I ask is because I'm working on a similar setup and I was told a 250 shot would be maxed out on the stock block.

That's crazy, I know lots of people who spray more than that on stock blocks. A few who have done it for years...as long as you don't plan on hitting a 250 shot all at once...which with your setup you won't have the traction for it anyway.

It would be safer with a plate/DP but plenty have done it that way. I'm not so sure on the convertor, it it were a vigilante it would be way to loose for a 250...

no i just meant you would blow through the convertor and have a horrible timeslip, but i'm not that familiar with the yank convertors...

I've gone 10.40s @ 133 with NX 175 shot. Assuming you've got an SS series converter, you'll probably be fine. I blew through a PT4000 big time. Now I use a 3 disc Vig. Much better converter for my combo.

i would start with a 150 shot and see how the tire/chassis/converter holds up to it since you are already running pretty strong. then step it up if all goes well. if the tire holds it and you dont blow thru the converter then the 200 should be good for a 6.20 or so.

I saw your car at RPM yesterday, very clean car, I love the color. With Ryan doing the tune, you can't go wrong. All of your goals will be met.
