dry
I get 30-45whp without jet, through 175Hp rated solenoid. 12-14% more maksimum HP. definetely not +30%.

Can I get through without all this mess with cutting plugs?? I mean, I have wideband, isn't that enough?

Normally yes but it has not worked for you yet. if your using a 175hp rated noid its one of them little ones i would not use as a purge. get a good noid on there ASAP. call DAVE get one over there and eliminate the noid as an issue. take some pics of your setup and post them.....IF you don't post pics and don;t try what were telling you your going to keep a 30 shot on the car.....until the trash or noid or whatever finally gets to the wrong place and it sticks open and you blow up your car....

I spent few lbs of nitrous today. First tested the bottle - it wanted to move, not that I couldn't hold it, but still. Then tested with main line, then complete system with nozzle (without jet), and then with nozzle off. I really couldn't see where there was clearly a restriction...

27. Tried to decrease 4 degrees but somewhy HPTuners didn't want to do that. I also tried to add 3 degrees - HPtuners agreed to do that; lost 10whp, but that could be nitrous-related cause MAF registered a bit lower on that run - up to 249g/sec.

I tried again to blow through pipes. When I blow through main line, noid and nozzle line - I almost cannot blow through. Also this time I thought both lines separately were too hard to blow, although I can't compare to anything...

I'm thinking solenoid. Order a rebuild kit and swap it out. Lines are too simple. you're not gonna block a line, you could only kink it, but that's super easy to check for. the plunger in the solenoid is the likely problem. everything else sounds right.

inspect the nipple on the bottom of the plunger. that's what gets in the way and restricts the nitrous flow.

yea dude, I don't know what the plungers normally look like for that noid, but if it's anything like the NOS plunger than that thing is extremely swollen. order up a rebuild kit and get that thing goin.

Did few things. I took off all fittings to solenoid and on the screen that was on the inlet the was some crap. Not completely blocking it but seriously covering one of two inlet openings inside the solenoid.
Then that plunger that I posted pics of - I risked to compress that white seal despite I was told it was normal.
And finally I ran man line a bit more freely this time, but I think this didn't affect.

So, compressing the seal in the plunger + cleaning the crap did it This time I felt the hit good when I pushed the button

Only one problem - I ran out of nitrous yesterday and I have races tomorrow and I have nowhere to fill the bottle in my country.

You should get you a fill station and a 75 lb bottle so you can control when you run out of nitrous... especually if you have to leave the country to get nitrous.
