Nitrous Daves LT1 plate, any 200 shots?
As the title says, anyone going, or has gone, for the maximum shot they recommend with this set-up? Iv'e read of guys going 200 or a little more without going DP, but I'm curious about this plate. If you have, a few details would be appreciated. Thanks.

If spraying a 200 shot on the LT1 intake and not having a directport the only thing on the market I would trust to do so is our nitrous plate. The design of our plate will insure the best delivery and discharge available.
You need to read the plugs to see how the intake is pulling the mixture from the common plennum into the runners.. Runner 6 and 8 are bad about running leaner on the LT1 due to the intake design. Expecially watch those plugs. Tune the overal nitrous tune up to aid the leanest cylinders in the event they are showing signs of burning leaner.

I will be doing so in mid April when the tracks open.
I am not worried about any issues with the Nitrous Outlet plate. I had a TNT setup on my old car and never once hurt a plug and was only running TR6's on a 200 shot w/ 12.9:1 comp. The N.O plate is far better IMO then just the 2 nozzles of the TNT.
This motor will go with TR8's on the 200 shot w/ approx 20 degrees' of timing, 12.0 A/F and 110 fuel.
sounds safe enough for me
got my limiters on the way from Madman

So what you are saying back to putting colder plugs in the back two cyl. is you could run tr7 in the other 6 then run a tr8 in the back two. Sorry to bump in your thread im curious to who is running a plate with a 250 shot?

Since I recently have barely cracked the 10's and am happy with that, I'll wait until I can have a decent shortblock built before stepping up to the next level. Well I might throw a few more ponys at it with a little weight reduction and see what happens, but that's it. Really! I promise! I think. Hell, I don't know, who am I kidding? Somebody please stop me.

I have sprayed 200 through this plate quite a bit. Once on the street and all the rest on the dyno. Car is currently getting some stuff changed but plan on spraying 225 when it's back together (200 and 225 use the same fuel jet, 225 just bumps up the nitrous jet. Since the main concern is with the fuel distribution I like to think it is generally just as safe as a 200)
