If you have a set of our solenoids and they are defective they can be sent in for warranty repair...its just that simple.

There are more to a system than pictures and prices. I highly suggest comparing the parts in the systems apples to apples as well as the service you recieve afterwords. Then make an educated decision for yourself.

If we can answer any questions technically for you please contact us. I we be happy to tell you why we are so proud of our products.. As well as why choosing Nitrous Outlet for all your Nitrous Needs is a choice you will not regret!

A good read for knowing what to compare can be found on our technical forum.

Dave,

I'm definitely not trying to start a pissing match over who has the better system. I'm just trying to get some feedback with those who have experienced one or both of the kits. I am not a "nitrous rookie" by no means and have sprayed my fair share down a track. I just like to hear opinions on what people like and what people dont like about a particular product they buy. It's just research and that's what makes this board such a valuable tool for our hobby.

i run the hsw dry plate and i love it. it wasnt to hard to install but i had a few questions and tried to contact hsw. hsws support was good as far as info and things like that but getting ahold of them was damn near impossible. i must have called for two hours straight before i finally got through to someone. a friend of mine has been talkin with dave and he said that dave and his guys get back to pms very fast and respond to you asap...even weekends. the hsw guys not so much. i love my hsw kit and if you run the hsw kit i would HIGHLY reccomend getting THE INTERFACE. i have it in my kit and i absolutely love it. either way you go they are both great companies to use and they both have their pros and cons. its just a preference. i agree with the other person who said this....just flip a quarter.

Remember, they are not a site sponsor and thus do not support the free tech that is given here. My suggestion is to steer clear for more reasons than that above.

Both companies are great. I currently run HSW mondo noids on my Direct Port Dry and am more than happy thus far, oh and also have their Interface. I have a much greater and expanded opinion with insight gleaned from being in the industry, but it just gets me into trouble from those that use mucho tissue, so...

Your input is very valid and correct to a point. looking at starting a business myself that's one of my concerns, getting back to those that need some help. Right now I have 240 unanswered pms from guys looking for n2o tech. Well you can see the problem. (Attention: I sell nothing and am just using myself as an example) Do I jack the price of a kit up 200/300% so I can hire people to answer phones/questions, or do i keep the kit prices way, way down and do the best that i can helping in a timely manner. So we can easily see that there will be differences per company. If you want instant 24 hour tech advice, then i would never be the guy, and if you need an answer within a given time frame (saying I am in the n2o buss) say 72 hours then my cheaper kits my be the route to take. I honestly believe that whether you guys go with NO, DT or HSW you'll get the same care and concern, with one maybe having more guys dedicated to the phones and thus a quicker answer. I do know that HSW and NO have each answered every PM I have ever sent their way. Now if I could just find the time to answer those sent my way, lol.

i agree wit you 100% but i was just throwing out there that for tech support as far as speed wise is maybe all the same. idk i was just putting in my personal experience. i uderstand that hsw is a fairly large company and have sold many kits and their phones ring off the hook and understand...quite frankly tho it is a good problem to have if you ask me...that means business is up...i love my hsw kit and am very glad that i chose it. i would recomend it over certain things but maybe not others...for the money i dont think you can beat it. i also didnt look real hard tho lol...

Thanks for all the reply's and input. As for now, I'm still on the fence for what system I want. I'm seriously looking at the Nitrous Outlets "Total Packages" or putting together something similar from HSW. Hopefully...I'll make my mind up soon.
