Default Fuel pump for a DD w/250 shot

I posted this is the Fuel section but no one responded. I assume people in this section will have more knowledge of the subject so here is my post again just copied and pasted:

I daily drive my car. The combo is in my sig. I am going to start off spraying a 150 shot but will move up to 250 as I get used to it. I have the LS7 42# injectors and am going to be needing a fuel pump. I was told to go with a Walbro 255, but, I was told that Walbro's tend to not last very long. As this is my daily driver I would like to have something that performs well when I spray but something that also has the capacity to be a good daily driven pump. I am looking for any advice you guys can give me, I appreciate it!

You have a few options.

1. Standalone, its own seperate fuel system for the nitrous. Low pressure and able to hold a higher octane.

2. Double pumpers, twin 255lp walbros. Quiet and durable, pretty easy install too.

3. Single inline pump, magnafuel 4302/4303. Quiet too, and supports gobs of power.

Tony.

So simple and to the point. Thank you very much, option 1 is probably a little pricey for now but I am going to look into the 2nd and 3rd. I appreciate it

option 1 will be the best if you plan to spray over a 200 shot. at 250+ it is hard to tune a wet shot without a seperate fuel system. but up to 200 it works good. i have been running a holley inline pump for 3years and a 175 shot without issue

Isn't that pump and the 255 walbro about the same? *I'm running the walbro*

With the NXL kit you will not be able to run a dedicated fuel system due to the design of the nitrous system and fuel rails being incorperated into one. For the HP level you are looking to achieve your best bet would be to put a adjustable regulater at the fuel rail and go to the dual intake fuel pump design. When the dual pumps are installed into your bucket the factory regulater will be bypassed. Then you will need to make a change under the car fuel line wise. You will take the block and remove the return line. Plug that hole in the block and run the return line all the way up to the regulater.

If you need any help let me know. I can help you with the intire set up.

We have used the A1000 on many set ups. They are normally noisy and it seems over a period of time they start giving issues. For a daily driver the A1000 would work but I think the duel intake pumps would be much better.

If you wanted to go with a A1000 we are currently pulling one off Moes turbo feed LT1 to go to dual intanks pumps.
