Steering Fluid reservior spacers be sure you have them as the F-Body kit does not come with them...The Corvette kit should have them.

Use a turkey baster to drain the Power steering reservior, get as much out as you can. The reservior slides out by lifting up. I just cut the hose because my fat little (oxmoron there) Hands could not easily pry up the old hose (even with the clamps loose).

When you put the reservior back on (spacers and bracket bolted in place), put the hose clamps on loosely, tighten the top one that is on the reservior and lubricate the end of the hose going on the nipple, use the force of you pushing down on the reservior to allow the hose to get pushed over the nipple...then tighten both clamps (make sure they are angled so you can get the screw driver or nut driver on them.

Everything Beer said! He was very helpful with my plate install.

Also, longer power steering fluid reservoir bolts (because of the spacers). We found some at a local auto parts store, but you don't need that interruption/delay. I think they were .50 x 105 mm.

12v switched is right under the dash on the pass side. there should be 2 wires dead end cut one is switched. thats a great place to tap in.
also like said above solder everything and make it look nice the first time, it helps allot.

Jeff,
Our C5 Specific system comes with the needed hardware to do this.

well, everything is together but the damn fuel pump in my fuel cell is dead! once all the wiring was done we armed the system and no pump? checked voltage...yup,12 volts. disarmed, checked voltage...nope so the arm/disarm guage is working fine.
remove the pump from the cell, bench test...dead? check continuity? nothing!
hopefully it will get covered under warranty since its brand new.
guess im not spraying this week!
one good thing though. i am 100% getting an electric fuel pressure guage to mount inside the car so i know if my pump is working before i spray!
