i think he was referring to the liquid expanding as it exits, therefore needing as big of a "tube" for it to get out if.

sorry this is the only pic i have right now, ill shoot another better one when i get home from the holidays, i ran it through the wheel well, cut the tube to length, flared out the end of the tube after running it through the hole, then used some of the yellow weather stripping adheasive to make a semi flexible gasket around the tube to keep the sound/exhaust/dirt out, it works pretty good.
