Lines for purge melted :(

I have a Dynotune dual purge kit and was having issues with my car running a bit hot. Was looking at my Nitrous kit the other day and realized that both lines had wilted.

Now I need some new tubing. Can this be had at a hardware store or do I need to go back to Dynotune for this? Anyone kknow what size tubing it is? I am hoping my local home depot, Osh, etc... might have it possibly in the sprinkler area???

Mike0 Do you know if 3/16"s is the same for the Dynotune purge kit as well? I would assume there is a standard with most kits correct?

I just went to vatozone and got some of the copper tubing they have....works like a champ and wont melt.

Just give Dean a call over there and I'm sure he'll set you straight. It could be either 1/8" or 3/16".

It does not like to be run against the motor. You can try routing another way, one of the advantages of the flexible line, or try another material to keep the routing you have.

The fitting we supply is a 1/8" NPT which goes into the solonoid and the other end is 1/4" compression fitting for the tubing. You can use another material or change the fitting and use whatever size you prefer. Your plumbing section at home depot or lowes will be your best friend!
