This HTPC has just about everything you need. The total cost to build is over $1,100. You can either bid on eBay, or through purchase on LS1Tech for an even $899 which includes shipping and PayPal fees.

It has a 3GHz Core 2 Duo, 500GB hard drive, Blu-ray/HD optical drive, TV tuner, and Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 64-bit edition installed.
