HTC EVO 4G purchased 7/20+ 30.00 hard case - $300.00
Bought this when i was bored, dont need all this happy horseshit and its just going to get smashed eventually knowing my track record with phones. Sadly enough put it into my pocket with my car keys and the screen has a hair line scratch about 3/4 inch long at the bottom of the screen down by the buttons. The kid in the store wanted me to come back and talk to some manager buddy-guy, but i dont have the time nor interest to **** with it.
Have everything brand new in the box, and literally looks un-used besides the teenagers pubic hair sized scratch. Reciepts, packaging, shrink wrap, rubber bands around the cords, bags cords came in, instruction manual, reciepts, ect all in tact....
Pictures are just going to make the phone look like a brand new htc in the box which you can find online. The scratch is literally so small it will not really pick it up on a camera. If its that big of a deal a screen protector will cover it anyways, which i would suggest getting.
This phone is 449.00 + tax if you do not want to extend your contract 2 years. If you sign up today with a 2 year agreement its 319.49 and you get a 100 dollar rebate that takes 30 days. My rebate had to be canceled in order to cancel the contract before the trial period end date so its not like im making 100 dollars off this.
The case was 31.86 and purchased on 8/3/10 from best buy
$351.35 with a 2 year contract is what you would pay in sprint today to have this phone with the case from best buy. + 100 dollars back 30+ days later.
$512.29 is what you would pay in sprint today without any contract extension with the case from best buy.
Take it home tonight for 300 dollars with no contract extension and the case.
Haters:
Dont waste your time lowballing me. My asking price is more than fair and its firm. It just would be nice to have 300 dollars for groceries or dog food before i call it a day and smash it into 800 pieces out of irritation.
I have trader feedback, and am known well among quite a few members who im sure would provide vouches.
PM is the key.
TIA
I can get pictures if its a huge deal, the phone is essentially brand new.

Here are the pictures in case they did not work.
I ask that if someone has me ship this and pays with paypal, you pay me 10 dollars additional for their fee for using the service. I will cover the shipping costs.
Not selling outside of the continental united states. sorry.
normal light
out in the sun taken from the right angle it can be seen.

first come first serve.
I have recieved an overwhelming number of lowball offers.
The scratch may appear to be huge, but in reality the picture was taken with automotive wax rubbed on the screen, with the phone in direct sunlight where one could not even read the screen if it was turned on to "bring" the scratch out so people dont feel as if i am pulling a fast one on them.
This is the 3rd phone thats over 400 dollars ive purchased in the last 4 months. Ive had an iphone which i threw into a wall and smashed into 900 pieces, a motorolla droid i still have in a drawer, and this. I understand that some feel as if they can get a "bargain" and lowball, but thats not the way i operate.
Quite honestly if i was the average ********, id have gone out and bought a 20 dollar screen protector, put it on it and never even mentioned the small scratch. Im just trying to be ethical. not one of these phones on ebay is that cheap that is GUARENTEED to work, from someone with vouches, and a positive trading history on here.
This is though, lol...
If this does not sell for 300.00, i will put it into a bench vice and fold it in half and throw it into the garbage. Its already paid for and IMO throwing it away is no different than spending 300 dollars on drinks at the bar and barfing them into someones front yard 4 hours later. Im just trying to sell this useless addition to my junk drawer so i can have some grocery money. Sorry to be a ********, but ive got people asking me to "get it fixed".. Its 200 dollars off list price and has the invoice from not even 30 days ago and is brand new besides a pubic hair sized scratch. Ive got vouches, and im already giving you a great deal in my opinion.

I'd be willing to bet that scratch will come most of the way out within a few minutes of rubbing or polishing or put an Otter Box case and screen protector on it and you'd never see it again. That phone's well worth $300. Too bad Sprint's coverage blows around here.

these are un-edited shots taken in a photo studio. As you notice, you cant even see the scratch in the screen unless you take it into the sun and smear carnuba wax into it to bring it out. The kickstand thing appears to have some seriously minor scuffs from setting it on my desk also by the looks of things. Sorry i didnt elaborate on that from the get go. I didnt think i would have to get this in depth to sell a cell phone for 200 dollars less than retail price.
300 firm. or smash with hammer on video and throw in trashcan.
