i have the delphi Skyfi unit for sale. ive had it for about 6 months or so, maybe a little longer. i dont travel as much anymore, so i dont use it often. comes with the unit itself, antenna, power cord(which is also the fm modulator), tape adapter and instructions. maybe other stuff, im not sure.

john, im not exactly sure what you mean.lol.
i have pics of it installed in the car that ill post up in the morning so you can see exactly what it is.

i used to zip ties to mount it to the vent. worked perfect since i couldnt find another place i have pics of that as well.
and as far the the fm modulator goes. the two wires that are plugged into the unit and coming from the power cord that goes to the cig lighter thingie. on the thing that plugs into the cig lighter theres switches to set to what FM station you want, and then you turn on the xm unit and then turn on the radio to the selected station, and voila, xm radio. theres also a kit to hardwire it (best buy has it), but i didnt buy it.
