Default Homemade Beef Jerky JUDGING INTEREST

I am judging interest on anyone that would be interested in some homemade beef jerky. i sell it locally and thought id get the word out here. not looking to make alot of money just something on the side. i have 4 flavors (hot, mild, teriyaki, and original. occasionaly i have some deer too. i get 10.00/lb. plus shipping (? not sure what shipping is proboly 3-4 dollars) let me know i dont need a quantity order but i usually only make it 1 weekend a month so it will probly be 2-3 weeks before its ready . I do have a comercial food certificate.

Moderators- i am unsure of this is against forum rules (being food) ?

I'd be willing to buy a little bit, and taste it first. I love jerky but one time I got one from the Fishing Expo that was pretty tough.

I was under the impression that you don't bang out a batch of that stuff in 5 minutes--Isn't there alot of curing and drying out involved? When do you plan to have the product available for sale? WJ
