Ok, i sent out an email to viewsonic. They said they need a recipt for warranty info, which i do not have. So i dont think any of the warranty would be left, but this projector does work perfect and if you were interested i can take photos with it displayed on a wall.

Sale is still pending @ the 600 shipped price, just waiting for paypal payment, but first person with the money gets it.

Any questions please ask. Thanks, Chris

Sale fell through... The guy buying it wanted a really big screen and didn't have enough room for the projector to make the screen that big...

Any one interested? Thanks, Chris

Bump for you!
I will get some pictures, but hooking it up to an hd source will require a little setup, and all i can do is display it on the wall.

I will try to get pictures on sunday or something. If you are interested i might be more motivated to get the pics up sooner.

Bump for you!
My buddy has a Viewsonic projector, not sure of the model number, 2500 lumens, and 1080i. Looks AMAZING with HD from the cable company up here.

Thanks for the nice comment.

I will get pics of this thing in action.. But, the only way i can hook it up 1080i is with my ps3, which i have hooked up hdmi, and my normal componet cable is @ my parents. I will try to grab it this weekend, and then throw on a blue ray movie, and show it on a wall, and get a couple pics.

Thanks, Chris

just an FYI, it doesn't "do" 1080i.

it may accept a 1080i signal, but with the screen's native resolution of 1024x768, it will scale a 1080i 16:9 (or 1600x1200 4:3) picture down to fit into a 720p 16:9 (or 1024x768 4:3) resolution.

don't take this as a thread crap, just bringing this up front so you don't have to worry about someone feeling misled when they buy it and all of a sudden, it doesn't do 1080i for them......

still a nice projector, tho....good luck on the sale

I would say i had it about one and a half years. I was going to put it at my parents house. I ended up throwing an Lcd on the wall because i didn't need that big of a screen. At my new place i got a 52 inch mitsubish 1080p, and dont really have a need for the projector. I figure i will sell it instead of let it sit around and collect more dust.
