Is the shifter a Quarter Stick or Quarter Stick II? Is it for forward or reverse valve body? Does it come with the cover?

I believe it is a Quarter Stick for a forward vavle body. There is not a cover with it. It also has the cable with it, but I'm not sure if it has the cable brackets.

Pretty sure it's for a 3 speed. I got it with the TH350.
