Dose this program have data logging? I don't know much about the tuning aspects of the obd 1 but this is the same yeatr as my can you tell me a little about what the program can and can't do? thanks

It doesn't come with data logging but you can download a free data logger and scanner..

Here is the site LT1 Edit.. Its pretty outdated though:

Since the pcm is locked is it unable to be flashed?

The PCM isnt locked, just the software to that PCM..
