I was finally able to get some pix. The broken bolt is on the exhaust port with the massive exhaust leak.

374 is just the casting number and yes it is an earlier year LT1 cylinder head. I has more material for porting unlike the later years. The other cylinder head equal to these are the 643 cylinder heads.
