Some LT1 parts (Stock/Performance) FOR SALE! EDIT : Updated and LOWERED prices! 11/15/08
Whats up guys, got alot of stuff laying around here that I just dont need anymore. So if you see something you like, throw me a PM and we can work something out (Prices are OBO, as I dont really know what would be fair... So PM me and lets make a deal if you see something you like!).
Used LT1 Performance/Stock Stuff :
- LT1 1.6 Comp Cams stamped roller tip rockers (SA) Stock (3/8) stud - $100.00
Came off my car on the most recent mod binge for the GMPPs, they might have something between 10-20k miles on them currently. (Not totally sure on mileage/part #s, I did not install them. They look to be in very good condition and were flawless before/when I took them out). Dont have the poly locks, but MIGHT have what came off the car stock with them.
Other STOCK stuff I have laying around For Sale :

This is brand new, in the box with everything it came with. Including the instructional video on how to install.
- Autometer Phantom Series 5" Monster Tach (10k RPM) w/ Recall, Shiftlight and Mounting stand - $120.00
This is also brand new, never wired up. Couple scratches on the outer
ring from sitting around in my toolbox. Looks to have everything needed to mount except a couple bolts, I will include what I have.

- Lightbar for (as far as I know) 92/93 - 02 Dakota (May even fit newer models) - $100.00
Chrome finish, pretty good condition just needs to be shined up. Bought it from a friend to maybe put on my truck, but I need the bed space that this would take up. Pictured leaning against the wall on my Fquick For Sale pictures. Can take better pictures if needed, and assembled pictures too... Just ask..

- Mac Midlength headers with single cat
- TSP Rumbler 3" Catback OR Hooker 3" Catback (the opposite of whichever I use with my new LTs, both setups have tips and are lightly used)

- 265/70/15 (Not sure on that size, I will update when I look again) Goodyear Wrangler RT/S tires off my Dakota (Came stock). I have 2. Both have about 70% treadlife left. Great tires, just replaced them with bigger ones.

Dont have any contact with the guy anymore, I never actually knew him.. Just met him a couple times and learned that he used to own my car.
One of those times he brought the hypertech and gave it to me, said he used it on this car (my 95 Firehawk) and dident have any use for it anymore.

It may also just read the vin & your good to go for that YEAR/YEARS, as long as the hypertech is for that/those years its being installed for, it may or may not have to be re-set, i think the only issue is when you still have it programmed in the PCM, then sell it, that car is then stuck with it untill you have it removed by a tuner, or find another Hypertech for the same year/years & take it out, i'm sure its that simple, so as long as its for the right year/years, just plug it in & it'll read the Vin, then you can install it or take it out so-on so-forth.

I heard something way back about having to send it to hypertech with like $50.00 to have it reset so someone else can use it. I see people selling these for like $250.00 so I took the 50 off of the price to compensate for that. Not positive on that though, I know it reads the VIN for sure.
I know it was used on my car way back, so its for 95s for sure. But Pcm4less did my tune when I got the cam and I met the guy around the same time (when he gave me the hypertech). So I am not even positive when the last time it was used.

I may not be currect on this, but my thinking is the reason it would need to be reset is because it will be used on a different year model then what it was set for, unless hypertech programmed them to lock into the 1st. Vin. it was used on & thats all it could be used on (is that car) for re-selling purposes, so you can't just pass it on to one car & so-on & tune all your buddies 95 F bodies, therefor it keeps there sales up (if this makes sence), but if this isn't the case, then the ONLY reason it needs to read the Vin is to varify the year model that it was tuned for, other then that, it should be able to be passed on to another 95 model, mine will work on a 96-97 model PCM.

Not sure how it works, but Hypertech programmers are locked to the car its used on. To use it on another, you have to put the first car back to stock. Its a way for Hypertech to sell more programmers.
You can get them unlocked, most of the 'mail order' tuners will do it, not sure of the cost tho'.
