I have a 1999 red convt Firehawk, I'm the 3rd owner trying to locate the 2 previous owners. When I bought the car this summer from Jet Chevrolet it had a 3500 Yank converter installed and some suspension pieces.

Now I'm thinking it might have a cam because it has some surging to it.

Is there away to locate the previous owners? Both owned the car in Washington state. Original owner bought the car in Arizona and brought it to Washington.

Try running a Carfax on it. At least you can get the info of where the car was sold, From there you might be able to track down the previous owners.

Already have the carfax, that's how I know it has two previous owners and was purchased in Arizona and brought to Washington, nothing else besides that.
