Exhaust got quieter
So I was driving down the road and notice my car sounded more quite then normal, I was low on oil so I pick up some and put a quart in, dont know if that would have anything to do with it, but it still was the same . Then I got out of my car and notice a little knocking coming from the bottom end, and its not a low knock like a rod or anything it's more of higher pitch then that, kind of like a hard ticking noise. If anybody has any ideas on what would cause my car to get quieter PLZ let me know. and there is no exhaust leaks
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Sounds like a needle bearing might have let go on one of your rockers. Pull a valve cover and check for loose feeling rockers or a bunch of needle bearings along the cylinder head. Could be a lifter too, but I'd suspect a rocker before that. The LS1 rockers are notorious for it.
Good luck man, and sorry to hear about that.

You should be able to. If not I have two extra ones still in the GM wrap. I ordered new center bolt valve covers and they came with them already...lol
Let me know if you need one. If you do PM me on here or the nation because I don't spend alot of time here.
