Thanks man. It's weird too because there's some very fast (8,9, 10 second cars) LT1/LS1 4th gens running all over the nation except for this area. Kinda weird when you really think about it...... ?

Hopefully I'll have the funds available to run the car this year and open up those eyes even more. My goal for this year is 10.50-10.70 all motor.

I actually got into an argument with a guy last year right before one of your runs. He overheard me saying you were going for 10's and was like ya right he will be lucky to get low 12's lol. I asked if he wanted to bet a 20 spot you would be under 11.5 and he just laughed at me about that time you took off like a missle and ran an 11.2!!!!!! I looked over and he had one of those priceless looks on his face Funny lil story. Ya we def need more 4th gen rep in this dam pcnw thats for sure!

You should see the V8 guys when they get outrun by a raspy V6 That's even better, and I'm aiming to sink into the 12's by the end of summer (13's NA, 12's w/ pa racing k-member, gt35 hair dryer....) I love going through tech "Hah, a v6 camaro, what's it run?" "high 13's, low 14's" "huh?"

^^ I feel ya man these days an lt1 gets no more respect than a v6 because if you dont have an lsx then ya aint got **** lol. Well thats one thing me and the musicman have in common is that we love being the underdog cause those victories feel real good

I don't think I'll make it in time, still fighting the tune on this thing. I scheduled a tune with Tom Wong, but I don't think I can come up with the money to do it

How much did he want for a tune? Seems like you drive it quite a bit even though its not tuned (yesterday lol) Why dont you just get a mail order tune? Just come get some grub and hang out for a bit.

I've had 2 mail orders now, and haven't had any luck with them. He wants $450, that's a wad of dough for an un-employed college kid, lol

Daaaam that is alot of coin!! I have a mail order tune and just look at it like this so you gain 1-2hp over a mailorder tune with the dyno, not worth it Just get it runnin good and call it good. Dyno tune imo are for cars with at least h/c. My pcmforless tune has been spot on for years now!!!

im gonna be getting a nitrous kit sometime soon hopefully, i wonder if it would be best to just get a dynotune for that? it seems like it would be a lot safer. if thats the case im just gonn ahave wong tune it.
