Mike thats cool. You made some good numbers and the beast is running again. Have you weighed it since you did the weight reduction? The poncho still weighs in at 3600. heavy but We will see how it does at at the track with some slicks.

Once I switch over to a single plane Vic Jr. intake it should peak closer to 7000, and probably pick up a good 15-25 horsepower. I think the L76 intake is choking it above 6500rpm...

Damn Mike those are sweet numbers! Congrats! On a Mustang dyno too! That thing is in the 500rwh for sure!

Thanks guys. I was really happy with the results after all the work put into it.

Brandon, I haven't scaled it since losing all that weight from the car. I would guess it to be around 3150-3200 with the rollcage, 9" rear etc... Your car might be a bit on the heavy side, but what do YOU weigh,,,, a buck-fifty? LOL....

Can't wait to see your dads car. You guys put a lot of work into that thing.

I'll be ready but I'm not expecting stellar numbers the first night out. More or less just playing with the 2-step launch rpm and tire pressures etc... I'm really curious to compare trap speeds to last year though. I'm guessing they should be around 127-129mph this year.
