How my court went.

How my court went.
Well the cop spilled his guts on how I was speed racing. He said he herd my motor revving at high rpm's and saw me go by at a high rate of speed. I told the judge that my car is loud and I put some seafoam in my car to see if a distinctive sounds was still occurring while the car was under a load. I told the judge that I looked over the speed racing ticket law and there was like five catagorys that things fall under, and I did none of them. The only one he could of really got me on was the excessive acceleration but that consist of me chearping the tires, or putting rubber on the ground but I did none of that. All that I did was get on it tell I got to the speed limit and no faster. The judge ask the cop if there was any noise coming from my tires, and he said no... So all in all he found me not guilty....

Glad u beat that case.
I'm going to have one coming up for "careless driving" because me and a friend entered the freeway at a loud rate of speed lol so we had to be doing a million over the speed limit(not)

I meant a waste of time for the court system and for the police officer. He could have actually been out doing something more practical and worthwhile rather then sitting in a courtroom for some BS. Let alone wasting your time as well when you could have been out flooring it on this nice day

I got a speeding ticket a couple of weeks ago. I am going to fight it as well. I may have been speeding but the officer said he clocked me at 76 in a 55 and we all know there is now way my car could go that fast. No J/K I am just hoping he does not show up for court. I am going to try and ask the officer if he has had his radar calibrated and if it is up to date. Also ask him if he is registered to use the radar in the state of oregon. Ill ask him if there were any other cars around that could have caused a misreading. I still have a while until my court date so let's just hope he doesn't show.

Yeah I did get lucky..and the cop didn't seem that upset about it.. At the end I told everybody that the cop was the nicest I guy I have ever met in my entire life and it's true. That cop must have something wrong with him cause he was waaaay too nice..lol... The judge said that since I said that, it might help next time I get pulled over by him..lol
