Default Burger/steak Joints

I was thinking that we should throw out the best burger/steak joints that we can hit up for meets and cruises. Personally I think Burgerville and Rock N Rogers have some seriously good burgers. As far as steaks go Roadhouse and Claim Jumpers.

Rock N Rogers is good down south, Boppin Bo's is like Rock N Rogers up here in Vancouver. Five Guys is good too but they don't have much for parking.

-Steak Burger here in Vancouver right off of I-5 near the 78th Street exit. They also have two separate 9 hole miniature golf courses.

-Billygans is a great steak joint up north a bit in Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, great steaks and you can throw the peanut shells on the floor while your drink a beer. Very nice atmosphere and reasonable prices....

-Five Guys is ok, but rather expensive for you actually get. You need to get two of those burgers to actually make a turd.....

-Bopin Bo's is a pretty cool little old time diner setting from the 50's-60's....

-Stardust Diner here in Vancouver. Another cool little diner with an old fashioned feel, handmade malts/shakes, soda's etc..... Parking lot is small but it's located near the back end of the parking lot of a 16 plex theater off of 164th Ave.

El Gaucho = best steak avail in Or/Wa

Mikey, I found a band-aid in my food at Stardust Diner off 164th a couple years back. My ex found a clump of hair in her mash potato's as well. Needless to say I won't be going back there.

Cruisers off Division has some good burgers/fries.

Has anyone eatten at 5 guys burgers in Vancouver? I hear it's good.

The burgers are good IMO at Five Guys, but both locations in Vancouver have small parking areas unless you park 5 blocks away. We usually get 2 single cheese burgers with everything, 1 large fries and 2 reg drinks = $17 and we are usually full when we leave. For comparison for us to eat at something like Wendy's it is $12 but not always full.

I can tell you this, El Gaucho puts Ruth's Chris to shame. It's like going from a V6 to a V8. Doesn't compare.

I will hit up el caucho and let you know joe..lol Todd I thought you liked band aids with a side of hair..lol Wash it down with a nice "golden" ale with a cig butt in it and you have a 5 star meal.

I know that Whatta Burger, Texas Burger, and In and Out are the best as far as a the quick joints goes.
