Went to beaches they wouldn't let me in with the V they said it was to new but when I walked in tons of late model vettes camaros and mustangs and even a xlr what the **** I was pissed

They did that to me the one time I went when I was still in high school with the El Camino. Said '78 was too new and that it was a piece of **** and not to come back...never bothered going back. They must have really changed their rules because I think it was at one time a pre 1973 show

Went to Dick's in Edmonds, WA last night. It was packed. Met a few interesting people and saw a lot of odd things people are doing to cars these days. It's been almost 10 years since I've been out on a Friday night gathering.

Well went to woodburn and ran a best of 12.134 with a 60ft 1.771 and missed 3rd gear..lol....all I can is WOW!..when it hooked with slicks I was like " holy ****!!."..lol..to much fun!

Slicks make a big difference at the track. How many passes do you get and what were your trap speeds?

I take it you got your master issue worked out lol..

I only got 4 passes in..the two passes that were good passes they were 119 and 117...I need to bump up the rev limiter to about 6800..it's set at 6300 right now

Yeah with the rev limiter bumped up should add some MPH to your trap speed depending what rpm it makes peak power. How much power did your setup make on the dyno again?

You gonna head out there again soon after the rev limiter change?
