Default aftermarket headlights for '02 formula???

Hi guys, been looking off and on for a few years about getting some after market headlight low beams since the stock ones suck. checked with PIA and a few others and they didn't make a set. I do have fog lights, which are almost brighter then the headlights. the only thing I can find is the auto zone default 4703 or something like that. any help would be appreciated. thanks

There are a few options out there. One is an HID plug and play found in a section of Firebirds on the main page. Anther one which looks cooler, I will e-mail to you.

You can get some conversion housings on Ebay that replace the sealed beams with composite or glass housings that use a bulb. I have those on my El Camino. They aren't a lot brighter but they help and are not fluted on the front. My major problem is mine aren't aimed very well right now and have some cheap blue bulbs in them With a good bulb and aimed correctly they should work better than the sealed beams.

I need to change mine out too. Although I never use my headlights. I just used them for them second time in 3 years last week. I lol at the sound of them opening & closing. Sounded like someone was beating the shi* out of the front end with a baseball bat.

Andre, start studying up in the firebird section. Your car has same mileage as mine and my headlight connectors and motors **** the bed last October when rain hit. I've gotta get the brass gears and the large grey electrical connectors. You should be okay doing the "180 degree gear rotation fix".
