Yeah, I really wanted to add more power, but I had to take care of the drivetrain so any future power will be useable.

As for going with the McLeod over the RAM, there were two factors... one, the McLeod while rated only to 500 rwtq (the RAM is rated to 600), sounds like it'll be more liveable for street driving... shouldn't have as much chatter, and shouldn't be as "on/off" as the RAM. Also, the deal I got for the complete kit made the McLeod a full $200 less than the RAM with similar stuff (counting a new flywheel and adjustable master), so that factored in as well.

I'll let you know how it goes once I have it in... I'll probably be looking for an install sometime in late January.

I would miss the car show moments like when Jason fired up his car and the restraunt shut its doors because of how loud his car was, lol.

Jason you are going to be popping wheelies!!!

Mr Brown stopped by my place today, there was a nice little box with a cd and a bunch of cables in it.

I know, this stuff is so sweet. But, I am like a deer in headlights with this software. The learning curve will be steep. Time to jump in with both feet and go for it.

I'm pretty good at pickin up software really quick... I'll toss ya some money too when I get a job since I have a 99... so we can tinker around with it. I'll probably end up getting my own copy in the long run for datalogging and such anyways.
