Yup they are the new style PM heavy duty rod's GMPP #12495071. They replaced the GM "Pink" rods. The rod's and Piston's came out of a Four bolt truck motor I bought. The guy who installed it did not add oil and took it for a test drive. the crank and block were toast. The rods pistons were perfect.

The crank is out of a late 80 TPI Iroc

PS And mom's sister is a Roman Catholic Nun if that helps....
My Husband did his first Race in July of 1999 after that I told him I was not going to be going to the track with him " He was like " I told him I was not going to sit around & watch him any more " I was going to be lol" The next month I started driving my 83 Firebird & I have been driving every since. A year later I met Ellis & Scott Settlemire.
