Mike & Dave @ Yank suggested I go with a SS3200 instead. Said it would work better for the road racing AND drag racing. We'll see what Tom says for a price on that one.

Yeah, I didn't see that verter listed on any of the Yank areas.

I haven't ordered one yet. But I am going to. It will make my car quicker than headers will for far less money right now. My exhaust flows decent as is. I think this will be the best bang for the buck coming in at half the price of headers and a catted y. Should get me in the mid-upper 12's easily along with my rockers & valve springs.

QTP's, catted Y and a cutout will come with tax return money. That should get me into the low 12's. I'll have to live with that for a daily driver. I decided not to get into the guts of the motor until my warranty is up. Which should be around mid racing season next year.

I'll have it all ready and running for August in Nevada too.

 

Contact Tom to have him get what you want. Mine wasn't listed either, on Yanks or Tbyrne's website. I just ordered an SS3200 for $693 shipped.

 

Tom's got some great prices... he's the one I got my McLeod clutch kit through. With his GP price, the complete kit with adjustable master cylinder & flywheel for $685 shipped. That was by far the best price for any performance clutch kit (with master cylinder & flywheel) out there.

 

The one I want is 612 shipped.

What's the str of your ss3200?

 

Not bad! The STR of the SS3200 is either 2.5 or 2.6. And it has a 21 blade stator so it is very efficient when cruising, so it should run cooler on the open road race.
