GTO grille inserts I got my grille inserts today, now I just need the rest of the car. Mark, the part number I gave you in the other thread is good. They ended up adding shipping to my order, so the cost came in at $226 to my door (compare at your local dealer). They come with instructions for installation and clips for mounting. Looks like a pretty straightforward instal.
Cool. Are they balck with the chrome bottom trim like what's in the brochure? Looking at the website it was hard to tell what those actually are. I couldn't find the rear facia either that I'd need if I went to the dual exhaust tips. My dealer said he'd sell me all that stuff at his cost so it would be interesting to compare prices.

Inserts are black honeycomb with a metalic grey surround, and have the GTO logo in the lower corner of the left side. The rest of my car is scheduled to arrive in Spokane at 8:30 Tuesday morning, and I will be taking next Friday off work to go get it in Idaho. Nothing like a little 300 mile break in drive.
Yep, those are the ones we want. $226 eh? I need to ask my dealer how much these would cost. Since you didn't get these, I assume you got the dual single (big round) exhaust tips, not the dual duals. Does the middle rear facia come standard in black?

While you're at it Mark, I think you should add a Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam kit to the GTO... then add a stealth converter to it. Do a few upgrades to the intake and exhaust... The wife will never know.

LOL.....I'm afraid the mod list on the GTO will be limited to a few cosmetic upgrades. It will likely get things like dual exhaust tips, a CAI & the HP Tuner mod, but for the most part the performance aspect of this car will remain stock.
