These are the ones that I buy for "grunt work" they are actually a nice enough towel IMHO that you could use it for anything including final wipes of the Zaino Z6

These are my favorite towels actually everything this place sells is good just pricey. I use these for my final polishes or for Z6 touch ups...you can tell they are a much better quality then the yellow ones but cost 3 times as much!

Unless your car has lots of spiderwebs or swirl marks use the final polish. if you have heavy scratches, swirl marks etc... use the intensive polish followed by the final polish.
I used both of those last year with great success, then used meguiars #7 Glaze and #26 HighTech Yellow wax. I haven't touched the paint on my car in around a year and it still looks decent.
I have the Menzerna FMJ and glaze just sitting and waiting to be tried out as soon as the weather permits a weekend of paint work.
