When did that rule come on the CCC? The way things are going now days its not unheard of to see high 9 second street cars. Was there any reasoning behind this rule or has it been in place for a while now?

The reason the CCC was set up was for people who want to run brackets and not have to worry about competing against a Pro Comp car & driver. Of course, the drivers still compete under the NWMCA name just so they can add more trophies to the collection...
Those guys kind of miss the point of the CCC by having dozens of drivers who "double dip" in the different competitions, but whatever. Trending Topics

And I'm not sure when the 10 rule came into play, but since the roll bar req is still at 11.99, I'd say it was a couple years ago anyway.

I am going down fri night for the t&t. and then just staying till sat night, sunday.
Bremerton is the track nate.
I guess i will see alll you guys at the track on saturday.
Mark i still have your tent and stuff so i willl set all that up and be ready for you guys.

Probely at the track. They let people camp there overnight for the weekend gigs.
