Default How's this for a picture collection?

Every car I've owned over the last 7 years... at the drag strip, making rounds.

And even one I didn't own..

When my Trans Am was in the shop being painted, I rented a Cavalier and took it to the track that night.

The T/A isn't any different than my Formula.... actually the Formula has more invested in mods.

If you mean the old '73 Firebird Esprit.. It was a little too far gone to tear into. Had a shitload of problems, and I didn't have the money at the time to fix them. One day I'd like to rebuild an early 2nd gen, though.

Yeah, it would be even cooler if he hadn't redlighted.

I cleaned it up pretty good before I gave it back... I was dialed in at 18.90... car was not consistent at all, and I got hosed by the heat soak. Ran a 19.08 on a 18.90 dial.

Had to be the most boring quarter mile I've ever run, I don't know how these silly rice boys can handle that ****.

Here's the best times for all of them... dunno about the trap speeds, but the E/Ts are all accurate..

99 Trans Am: 13.185 @ 104.73 mph

73 Firebird: 18.03 @ ~70 mph (?)

Rental Cavalier: 18.89 @ ~65 mph (?)

01 Alero: 15.791 @ 87.92 mph

02 Impreza 2.5 RS: 17.13 @ ~ 80 mph (?)

98 Formula: 13.331 @ 105.84 mph

01 WRX STi: 13.484 @ 101.24 mph

04 Colorado: 16.277 @ 84.76 mph

Keeping the Formula. The truck will probably only be around another year or so. I may sell it and just drive the Formula for a while.

Right now I'm waiting to see what GM shows in the way of a new F-body... as soon as that is shown, I'm gonna make my decision. If they bring back the Firebird, I'm putting down a deposit for a 5th gen pretty shortly after the announcement.
