Yes, we are tied with the Colts, but we hold the tie-breaker. Deal with it.
So much for the 'Hawks being the best team in the NFL eh Howard? 13-3 < 14-2 (Indy)

Yeah they played it safe from the looks of it. gave Shaun what he wanted and closed the doors so Farve could go out with a win

That's the way I saw it. Did you really think Holmgren would not let Farve win his last game in GB? And after last year if he sat Alexander down there would have been a lynching waiting for him when he got off the plane in Seattle.

Yep, the Colts are the best team in the NFL now. But it is all 0-0 starting next week.

Yeah, what a ****-poor year the Hawks had. ONLY 13-3.....their best record ever. Home field thru the playoffs....first time ever. RB with the most yards in the NFL....and the most TDs ever. Kicker has 6 or so 50+ yd field goals. And the defense is pathetic!!! That settles it, they suck!

Lets see Manning and starters play two series, coaches son kills himself, do you honestly think that victory is landmark? Sorry but look at the obvious. If they meet in the super bowl it will be a legitimate game. When SanDiego beat Indy at home that decided it that the starters would rest, yes seattle won the game, in the same way that greenbay beat seattle and Miami beat New England. Starters were rested for the greater cause and they weren’t trying to honestly win. Its like celebrating a forfeit, only teams that aren’t used to winning do it. Seattle had a great year and like I said congrats on that, but gloating about the indy game is bush league. Gloating about the season is apropos. Chicago seems to be their only threat to get to the SB but I think Seattle has the edge over them in that Seattle has more balance. Good offense and good defense where da Bears are more of a better defense than offense.
Ya I know this is Hawk fan country but without the hawk colored glasses on that is what I see. Dont take it personal its just football

All I know is I got my tickets for the divisonal playoffs, and for the NFC championship game.

I will be there when the 'Hawks make their first Super Bowl... yeah, I said it.

awesome!! you a season ticket holder or just $rich? It should be an insane environment, I'd go but I'm not paying the prices they'll want for those tickets.

We paid $225/each for club seats for the Colts game and there is no way I would pay more then that, which I am sure playoff tickets are, to watch any team but mine (Steelers). I wish the 'Hawks good luck, unless they meet Pittsburgh.

Yep, friend of mine is a season ticket holder... The price for season ticket holders was $75 for the first game, $100 for the NFC championship game. We are in the lower three rows of the 300 deck, and those tickets are normally $55 a piece.

It was kinda pricey, but I don't really care... I've waited a freakin' long time for the 'Hawks to have a team like this, so I ain't gonna miss it.

Good for you man, thats awesome!! I paid 100 for the giants game and the tickets were normally $23, but it was worth it. Hawks nest ticket, was a lot of fun!

Yes, actually I do. Those two series were against the first team and we were up 14-3. Now read the whole damned post before you say anything about "Hawk-colored glasses".

(And yes, I have been drinking. I have tomorrow off ... sort of.)
