Default Turbo Thunder VII Drag Racing Event (Seattle)

Calling all you Pacific Northwest turbocharged fanatics...

How about bringing your fine boosted domestics out to Bremerton, Washington on Saturday, July 15th and have some fun drag racing with a bunch of other turbo domestic crazies? We'll be running Buick Grand Nationals, Typhoons, Syclones, Mustangs, plus unique hybrid cars with american made turbocharged engines. This is our seventh year running and the first year at Bremerton raceways http://www.bremertonraceway.com/. 100% of the sponsorship money, $20 entry fees, and t-shirt sales will go to the winning racers, which will payout to more than just the typical 1st and 2nd places. Total purse will likely top $3000 - not bad for only 40 or so racers! Trophys and plaques will be given to the top guns.

Hope to see ya there. http://home.earthlink.net/~speedwayrepair/id2.html

I will be there. With the CCC race, the All Ford Drags, and Turbothunder all on the same day it could be awefully busy for me if I wanted race them all. Hmm, maybe I should bring 2 cars.

Dang, & me with a supercharger....oh well, since that is a CCC race day, I'll be there anyway. I'll be glad to line up with you tho, even if I am only running 7 psi. I'll be driving the red TA with the loose fan belt.

I run a Buick, but would love to see some turbo LS1's in action as well. I use to have a nice 99 SS and still regret letting it go.

Only 2 weeks away!!

Looks like we'll have around 40 or so racers and well over $3000 in payouts

Come on out guys. I really want to see some other cool turbo domestics running this year!

Tempting...I dunno tho, since I'm leaving for Norfolk, VA about 4 days later. I've never broken anything at the track, just don't wanna take the chance of breaking it and not having time to fix it...we'll see tho, we'll see...
