BTW, I bought some new rotors and ceramic pads (not the crazy expensive ones I planned) and now have the money for my 5 point roll bar. I'll be calling wolfe racing in the morning to order it! I'm super stoked!!! Now I can use teh nitrous legally......

Just need a 5 point harness, bar pads, and a fire jacket..........oh yeah and a new helmet.

Seriously, what do you think will be the smartest thing?

I'm worried that if I use a 150-200 shot out the hole, I'll blow the tires off.......or worse spin out into the wall.

And then what if I hit that much in second after I pull out of the hole? Will it hit and make me spin in second?

150-200 additional hp is a lot to add like that. I mean it'll be like BAM, here is 200 more hp. Ilove the idea, I just want it to work for me and not against me.........................

I have to admit that the 200hp jets are very tempting............I want to use them, but I'm wondering if the 150hp jets will be a smarter move.

You smart bastards need to help me out!!!!!

I would hit it with 100 out of the hole to start I have secrets to hit it with a 200-250 shot out of the hole. they are already installed on my car

Nitrous... mmmm... I have a kit as well, and I think I'd like to start her off with 100 shot and see what happens. That and the heads I just got should put me over the top into the 11's... I figure it this way, I'll just overpower my car to get there if it won't get there as it is.

IMO start with small out of the hole, like a 100 shot, then have the 2nd stage kick in around 4000rpm or when it hits 2nd gear. If you are getting the Hoosiers, they will hold it. Even when they spin they grab! I've only blown them away once, and that was due to a poor burnout on a cold track. Once you get this scenario worked out, then you can get more agressive if you want to & think the car will handle it.

Are you having Don install the bar?

I don't have a duel stage kit.........But like said earlier, I'll stick with the 100hp jet out the hole to start and see what happens. I can always change the jets. Oh, and I'll get them Hoosiers as soon as I can.

But what about tuning??? If I get it tuned with one set of jets in, won't that affect the car if I change the jets from the tuned size jets??

And the roll bar is just like Roberts. Its a bolt in kit with no welding! I'll have to have Robert give me a little help though.


Nova, it was great to see your car run so well. I plan on having this all done by the end of the month, so maybe I'll be able to make the next CCC or at least the T&T. We'll see what happens.......

Speaking of which, I need to get into the garage and get to work....... The stuff won't install itself.
