Emission Test For Portland Or I am moving to Portland from chicago, does anyone know the emissions requirments there? thanks in advance if any one can help.

On-board (computer) emission testing for equipped vehicles. No visual inspections in or around Portland. Be sure to move in time for elections--We do have a man running who is promising to PRIVITIZE emission testing, NOT adopt the ridiculous California standards and significantly lower the cost to operate a god damn automobile in an ANTI-AUTOMOTIVE state. And to make a suggestion, F**** portland, move to the outskirts (Wilsonville, Salem, etc) where people are sane.
btw no offense to p-town people.. but when you have committees of people elected and looking to CLOSE 1/4 the streets in portland and implement BIKE ONLY LANES... yeah.
