Default what kind of fire jacket and five point harness do I need to be legal???

Just like the title reads!!!

I need to buy a fire jacket and five point harness and need to know what I'm looking for. I found a couple harnesses which are 16.1...........I don't know what that means, but that's all I could find.

And I have seen harnesses that are 2" to 3". What am I supposed to get?

2" or 3" will work. It just has to be SFI 16.1 certified. The requirement for the jacket is a single layer fire jacket that meets SFI 3.2A/1 specifications.

Here is an example of the jacket.
