Given the fact that there is a mandatory appeal and that the results of that won;t be done with until at the earliest, mid-January, I doubt it will factor. :shrug:

Good news is that if the appeal goes thru, he will swing by February they said.

I highly doubt they have "forgotton" about it.....more like the quieter they keep it A) The less the public hears about failures to do so.....needle in a haystack anyone? and B) He is out there listening as well, so the less said about it, the less he knows about what we are doing.

I just dont see how the 2 aren't at least equally important. OBL is responsible for thousands of US and foriegn deaths and SH was responsible for tens of thousands of murders of his own people. Seems like they both need to get waxed if you ask me.
