Cruzing southbound I-5 just before south center mall exit saw a Nissan Suv pulling over a Red Dodge Dakota truck. Unmarked would be an understatement, almost caused a wreck pulling the guy over no safety lights on the back and everyone slamming on the breaks to avoid hitting them. Only lights visable were in the front windsheild and the officer was in plain clothes. It looked charcole but may have been dark blue!
