I was wondering on the 2000 camaro if there is any way of shutting off the lights? When i got to the drive in, I cant turn the lights off until the car is in park and ebrake is on. is there a way around this?

Thanks

I'm not sure about the Camaro, but on the GTO if you turn it to the fog light setting it shuts off the headlights. That way you are still visible, but without shining in everyone's eyes.

Im not positive but I think that Canadian cars had to have daytime running lights for a while, so you may have a Canadian car. I'm not sure what you have to do to disable them though.

You will not have daytime running lights anymore. All of your high/low beam lights and fog lights will work normally via the switch.
