Default Dyno error in your favor, collect 100 hp

OK, so we were having some isues with TTi's dyno Tuesday...

One run 10 psi SAE corrected to 704 hp. But upon closer investigation, the CF was WAY off at 1.1ish. So that run uncorrected comes out to 612 rwhp:

Here is the SAE graph:

So I am at 600+ at 10 psi Which is still fantastic for that boost level.

We did up the boost to 12 psi for a couple of runs to see how everything was doing... those pulls resulted in 676rwhp SAE. Which is still higher than the best pulls with the old system running 16-17psi.

I was getting some wierd boost spikes of 15psi as we first come on boost that resulted in some just insane power levels at very low rpm:

So anyway, it looks like I am having several issues.
1. Boost controller spiking (no idea whats going on)
2. Accel DFI Wide band is not reading accurate not even close, reading 14:1 when the Dyno read 12:1. (no Idea whats going on here)
3. Fuel Pressure issue, currently looks like the Fuel pressure regulator is the cause... Damn me for buying a freaking China special.

Anyway I just got the files and I believe in being honest with you guys.

Looks like I have some work ahead...

Well it would be a little disapointing to suddenly lose 100 hp BUT any project like yours is going to have a few growing pains as you sort out the new combo. It's to be expected IMO. I'm confident that as you chase off the gremlins one by one you ( and everybody else ) will be seeing the kind of results that you were shooting for to begin with. Nice to know that you'll "man up" about your results good OR bad

Still impressive !

Well that's cool, in a way. You know that you have some bugs to work out as most new setups have. But once you get it all dialed in, we all know your going to have one hell of a car on your hands.

Good luck and I wish nothing but luck for you.
