Give me a buzz before you do. The cage kit that I have is for a fourth gen. I was planning on hacking it up but maybe we could work a deal.

Don I still need ya to add a bar to my roll bar sometime in the near future. How much lead time do you need to fit me in? Maybe at that time we could talk about a future date for full cage upgrade (using existing 5-point) and how many $$ it would take.

The only thing that hods me up is having a car on the lift that doesn't roll (like the Deuce is now). Other than that, just about any weekend day. I'll shoot you a PM with my phone #.

Don't necessarily listen to Ellis.

This one fit pretty damn well for a lowly Morrison bar.

Alot of it is just thinking out what you're doing.

Also It might cost abit more, but you could drop the car off at Redline Racecars in Longview, and he'd do a BEAUTIFUL job, and not need to refinance the car to do it.... Just an idea.

Also want to add that I have no experience with the front half of a 10point from Morrison.

I'll add to that, The front bars fit just fine... I'm installing my Art Morrison cage right now. I'll get some pictures tonight.

I personally hated the way the front bars were going to fit. The ones I have now fit much better

I think we need 4 more opinions and then wait 4 weeks and start a poll to make up Mark's mind! It really doesn't matter since he won't take any weight out of it.

No matter what I do to my car I will be lucky to stay in the top 5 this year. Some of you guys have gotten a LITTLE carried away.

But I do want to put an 8 pt in it. 1) I want to be safer, and 2) I'd hate to be able to run 9s & NOT be allowed to. I just hope I can get someone to make the front hoop out of 1 3/4", cuz I don't want to start over (buy a complete cage).

I have a feeling that you'll be top 5 area pretty easily. If you put your beast on a diet, the 9's are at hand for sure. you prob had nines last year if really wanting to push it, and now bigger and badder, so...

Yea, the safety thing on having a cage is what is really making me think about installing one (having Don do one). The only thing I don't like is having to cut holes in my dash. Not good at resale/trade in time. You guys don't have to put holes in your dashes do you?
Robert
